In just 6-8 weeks, we address the first four layers of the Seven Layers Method: Body, Mind, Emotions, and Energy; to give you a steady baseline that supports all future growth.

This program is perfect if you feel overwhelmed, scattered, burnt out, or stuck in cycles of inconsistency. Together, we’ll strip things back to what’s essential and sustainable, creating a personalised framework you can build on for years to come.

    • Use reframing techniques to shift from self-criticism to self-support

  • 8x weekly 50-minute coaching sessions to apply and refine your plan in real time
