We meet at key seasonal points to reset your habits, adjust your rituals, and align your nervous system, energy, and goals with the rhythm of the time. Each session is part reflection, part recalibration, and part action plan, creating a living framework that supports you throughout the year.

    • Review the last cycle: wins, challenges, lessons

    • Ground your body and nervous system in the present

    • Adjust nutrition, movement, and sleep to match seasonal needs

    • Learn how light exposure, temperature, and circadian rhythms affect mood and vitality

    • Introduce seasonal recharge rituals

  3. Mind & Emotional Flow

    • Align focus and creativity with natural energy peaks

    • Process and shift emotions that tend to arise in specific seasons

    • Practice seasonal mental hygiene — reducing overstimulation and increasing presence

    • Set seasonal intentions that feel realistic and nourishing
