You will receive:

  • your 90-minute session

  • personalised guidance

  • written summary and roadmap afterward

3-Month or 6-Month Mentorship

You will receive:

  • ongoing 1:1 support

  • personalised weekly direction and practices

  • session notes and recordings

  • a process adapted to your goals and patterns
