Yes — we’ll have a soft WhatsApp group where you can:

Each Monday in June, you'll receive a fresh video from me — a mix of soulful teaching, personal reflections, and real tools you can use right away.
Every video comes with a simple, beautiful action step to help you embody what you’ve learned — not just think about it.
This is a guided experience, not just a bundle of pre-recorded videos. I’m walking with you the whole way.

What kind of content will I receive?

Each week includes:

When does it start and how long is it?

We begin June 2nd and move together over 4 weeks — one theme each week.
You can join at your own rhythm, but there will be a clear, guided structure and timeline to support your flow.

Do I have to attend live?

Not at all — the core course happens through weekly videos and guided steps you can do on your own time.
But we will have two live calls:
— One at the beginning to gently set intentions together
— One at the end to reflect and integrate your journey
These will be recorded if you can’t join live.
